That's a cool idea. And I would only need 7 more since I have two not shown in that pic. I was planning on having an even dozen one day for sure. lol

Haha...... Funny you should say that, I actually have an extra nine that I've been planning on making a chef style knife from for over a year now. It's just so much more work to mod the larger blades that I've focused on the little ones. Gonna get the 9 done soon.

it's the resin scales I get from Beyond Wood products from facebook.

not sure on the material but when it grinds it smells like acrylic.. they are seattle seahawk colors and I can get any color combo you want. if you just want the scales find the beyond wood products page on facebook or contact me if you want handles.. he also makes wood/resin hybrids too

That's it, everything is settled. I'm gonna relegate my BK15 to kitchen duty (where it excels), and get a BK16 to accompany my Machax for woods use.

This is just a hevenly sight Dex. I'd be hard pressed to choose which one to bring along. I do like the "Chef" 5th down from the top. Can't wait to see what you come up with next.

Thanks Eero. And it is hard picking one. I usually use the 2nd and 3rd one's from the top. I don't want to mess up the bottom 4 just yet. haha. Guess I will have to mod a new one for a user. lol

I think I will mod a couple of 15's next. I want some nice handles and want to make one a tanto 15................. just because it looks cool....... not that I really care for tantos.
