Deja Vu all over Again!!

Wonderful knives, Rhidian!!😲 Thank you for the homage!!
I really like all the markings!! And the proportions are a great riff on the Ancients, both old and "new"!!!!
It was great to watch the ongoing progress, also!!
Thanks for riveting our attentions!! ;)
My pleasure Charlie!!
And thanks everyone for the compliments!
The etch on the stainless bolsters is icing on the cake and opens up a whole other realm of possibilities for future barlows. Really happy with these.
I'll have to start a new thread next time as I noticed there was some confusion with the original Sheep Dips post... live and learn.
Thanks

The etches look great - they look like they have a lot of relief - very deep!!
Wonderful work, Rhidian!!

The Barlow knives have arrived, and are every bit as beautiful in hand!! I have pictured one here with an original ancient!! As you can see, Rhidian's knife is a riff on the original!! It is longer, slightly slimmer in proportion, and had has a loonng bolster!! And of course the markings are derivative!!
Walk and talk is superb!! Nicely made; in Canada !! I'm so pleased!!Ancient 1.jpgAncient 2.jpgAncient 3.jpgAncient 4.jpg

You mean I was confused which in turn confused everyone else, which turned into a conglomerate of confusion which sounds like a Jimi Hendrix song.😅

In other news outstanding work,it’s fascinating seeing these come together.
You skills and attention to detail are mesmerising. ❤️
