Jerry has been an ABSOLUTE class act throughout this situation.
Because of that what we can do here is take all of this silliness as an opportunity to do good- to make the brand look good, as Jerry is doing, and hopefully educate at least some of the rabid Knuckle draggers that have some of you up in arms.
Those of you who are not directly professionally associated with Busse due to this situation are still associate with Busse in everyone's eyes, so when you come to troll and vent you don't just do it in your own name it in Jerry's.

Prove that you are better than his most rabbid fan bois at least in public perception if not in truth.

I think the only trolls here are the ones with the continuous underhand Busse bashing comments. Strongly stating one’s opinion about someone is not trolling, but maybe it seems that way because it doesn’t align with your point of view.

For days people have been questioning Jerry’s integrity, Busse as a whole, and you jump on the hand grenade when a couple people state their opinion about a degenerate who said he was going to ef his wife?! Strange……

.....this seems to be the most obvious point. I work for an "employer" that should I post similar things and have it linked to my job (as did this idiot) I would find myself at attention being told to make a choice about how I wished to earn a living.
 
Well JoeX has caused a serious mess with his closing video. He needs to set it straight to who and what. Because now there's a turdball rolling downhill with Mr Busse's name on it.

Not on here but in comment sections and other knife related websites.

JoeX either needed to bow out and keep his mouth shut. Or explain it out. Now there's a big witch hunt going on and the folks doing it are extremely pee'd off.

I really doubt its a company ; how is a Company going to make contacts in Austria in order to have him stop making videos?It seems to petty considering what hes doing; i think its his employer, his state or local govt which is still kind of stupid.
 
I haven't been around the forums here in a long while, since Operation 2 Weeks. I have however experienced many knife brands from BudK (Cheapies), Buck/Gerber/CRKT (Normal American standard), Kabar/Becker/Condor(starting to explore the "Good Stuff"), Tops/Esse (Apocalyptic Survival Tools), to Busse and Kin (the definition of buy once, cry once).

While I won't discount that there are some custom makers that are top tier contenders, and even some other possible production knives that would stand up to all the stupid you can throw at it. Busse has tons of threads, videos, and pictures that verify how their blades can handle more stupid than ever necessary, that doesn't even take into account mine or others individual personal experience.

My personal experience was to be stupid with 3 or 4 knives of a given brand/maker and make educated decisions based on results. In the case of Busse and Kin they took all the stupid I could ever envision throwing at them, but where most previous brands has become unusable Busse had not only remained usable but with little to no damage.

Sure there are Fanboys, but Fanboys come with every brand. There are also collectors with safe queens and virgin Infi that will likely never see a days work... However that in no way takes away from what has been proven over and over with the percentage of Busse blades that have been beaten like a red headed step child and still exist as functional knives today.

Now keeping in mind the potential that a lemon does slip through the cracks, this is absolutely possible and probable with any product made by anyone, Busse appears to have stood by their warranty should your knife fail. So the logical assumption is that buying a Busse product is a safe and sound investment.

I said all this to say, I'm completely satisfied with my purchases and experience with the Busse Knife Group. If there is better (it would probably be another Busse) I will never need to know since my Rodent Solution, TGLB's, AK47, Battle Saw, SOB, Ratmandu, AMSe, TGP, TGM, WTF, WTH, Chop House, and BB13 are not like to quit functioning anytime in my life. Should I get the itch to buy a new fixed blade you can bet your pants Busse will be where I look.

God Bless all who make the knife world a better place, I love you all like I love Infi.

That's not how any of this works- Joe X is making these companies money guaranteed and the goofballs flapping their gums are not potential customers anyways. People have ALWAYS complained about ANY brand that is more expensive than what can be had at Walmart and I know Jerry has already heard their whining since he started. 🤷‍♂️

But before even your first comment Joe had already cleared this.

He did gain about 7000 followers on the channel the last I checked. Yet said no more videos. (Channel should be deleted and everyone move on)....but No.

I don't think he recognizes what he's done and who he's infuriated.

Valid points, but it seems to me those with their pitchforks and torches already had them lit and just wanted an excuse, they weren’t ever going to be Busse consumer base.

If folks would research on their own and stick a toe in the Busse end of the swimming pool, they will see firsthand what all the hype is about. Everyone is welcome.

I don't visit this section. I got my favorite areas. Don't own the knife.

However, I have seen Mr Busse's name come across my daily wandering about. Outside this website. More then I have on here.

Just letting you know. It's caught my attention when it doesn't need to.

On this we differ. I think all testing no matter how unrepeatable, has some significance. For example, joeX giving the skrama a pass when it did worse than the Busse just made me search out more skrama videos, and there are good and bad. The other reason is that it shows you how a business responds to a bad situation. Good companies use it to improve their product. Busse responded in a very positive way, even asking joe to break more of their knives. Companies who are truly interested in performance will be the only ones doing that and people like joeX expose this good attribute to the public. I bet with joeX's letter on his page, Busse just gained a huge amount of followers.
