Well, when you are use to wielding Himalayan Imports 18 inch and 22 inch ang Kholas, everything else just seems so small:thumbup:
 
Find a meat-packing plant and give one to some guy there for a day. Not good video (time lapse?) but you'd get a sense of what one of us would encounter in a year-or-more's time of "regular" use of the knife.

hey how about can opening a car door the hard way, smashing out the windows...

ummmmmmmm....prying logs in half, without being driven very deeply into the wood, stressing the point.

you could chop bricks and cinder blocks, and then see how far you have to bend the blade to make it snap. i suggest a reinforced body shield of some sort for tihs of course...

can't wait to see these tests.
 
So that's the face of the one who got a FBM to Iraq the day before XMAS. Terrifying, but thanks earnestly, nonetheless.

FBM LE versus Sherman Tank

Game Warden versus That Annoying Guy with the Phone Permanently Attached to His Ear

SJ-TAC versus Amy-0's Cheesecake (I want to personally judge this one.)

I really would like to see the effects of fire on different finishes and slabs, and the condition of the INFI after specific blast and/or heat situations.

I also believe chopping through cable, bar stock and plate stock would go a long way to showing "certain" #@&!heads the exit. Besides illustrating the potential use in emergency and CQ applications.

And, how about INFI edge striking INFI edge!
 
I know that it might be as exciting as watching paint dry, but I would like to see some saltwater immersion tests....... :yawn:

great idea.
get representative choppers from many different makers.. and see where they fail first.
Ontario Rats, Becker BK9s, Tops Armaggedon, KaBar, Randall, all of them!
If you don't have a particular knife.. put the word out.. owners could donate theirs.. maybe for some kind of store credit..
and then destroy them ALL!
