Did your Traditional knife get a workout today? -Part II

I used my 71 to cut up my dinner (fresh burrito from the local taco truck) and when I wiped it down it had this cool looking patina on it.

I have cleaned deer with a Buck 110 a number of times, always wondered about the Case Hammerhead and how it would compare. I had a chance to trade a fellow Blade Forum member for this one last week. The Case Knife came over the weekend and I used it yesterday - pleased to report that it works just fine as a deer skinner/cleaner knife. OH

I used a marline spike to get the cranberry whatchamacallit out of the can. Punch a whole in the bottom of the can and the cranberry whatsit slides right out.

Lazy day today. A little black horn Pradel will cope with today's tasks (breakfast / reading / lunch / reading / dinner - not yet -). :D

Nice picture, Tom. That's pumpkin bone, right?

Thanks r8shell! I think the description of that is "Golden Camel Bone", or something similar. It would have fit the pic much more if it was pumpkin bone though :).

Edit: Green and Gold Camel Bone ;).

Used my Texas Jack to open some plastic packaging for some anchors. Working on an Eagle Scout project with one of the boys from our troop.

Sliced heavy-duty, dirty cardboard as a buffer between a mattress and the metal edging of a tarno pickup cover. Cut some 170LB Orange bailer twine to secure the load for the ride home for our customer.

Used my #77 African Blackwood Spear Barlow:thumbup:

I used the handle of my Opinel to rub around the dogs ears....she loves that.

Haha! I thought there was something wrong with my guy, as he loves that too :) Everytime he sees a knife come out of my pocket he comes over, tail wagging, looking for his.

I don't have any pics but I changed out a circuit board and rewired a heat pump using only my Pioneer.
