Did your Traditional knife get a workout today? -Part II

That would be a neat thread “knives and instruments”.

I think we have one.
But could I search first and see for sure? Oh, no.

Yes, there is one, haven’t seen it near the top in a while, but I was considering reviving it not too long ago.

A very big box of knives arrived today from the Neverending GAW. Had to open it with something…

Yesterday morning I went duck hunting. I bagged two mallards and a canada goose.

I used one of my Case Bose Premium Stockman knives to breast them out. The spey blade worked wonders.

Tonight I made bacon wrapped duck kabobs. Man they are delicious.

If you call mooching around in my workshop yes (sounds grander than shed).

Still trying to work out how my rasp got stuck working on my walking pole.

Used the Farmer X saw when a proper saw would have been easier,as I say where’s the fun in that? 😂

Cleaned and oiled my mini knife.

Oiled new chopping board and some spoons.

Shortened my walking pole, love my Leki but you can clear brush with this, made it 15 years ago.

That’s nice and clean. I always end up doing the step on the neck and feet and do the breasting by pulling with my fingers…maybe I should start using the knife 😂
