Did your Traditional knife get a workout today? -Part II

I used my can-opener as an awl to make drainage holes in the wrapping on my new diminutive daffydillies.

Yup, Sawby does some amazing work... Sharp & Fiery Sharp & Fiery has my old regular sized toothpick (just under a 4" blade) and it's even more slender. They both disappear in the pocket while packing substantial blades🥰

“Old one” sounds like “throw away.” 🤣😂🤣😂
Arrived in pristine condition and is my true EDC. Thanks, Chip!!

Terrible photo. 🤪

Nothing to technical,I needed a sharp precise slicer to cut the stitching on some webbing straps so the replacement buckle would slide on.

I didn't want to damage the straps so it had to be precise and neat.

Billy Barlow fitted the bill.

I also cut some straps to make wrist straps for my older Nikon DSLR that I have gone back to using.

Do not throw old stuff away whatever your missus says,it may be years later but you will find a use.;)

This bag of camera straps has been sitting around longer than I care to remember.

I was chuffed to find exactly the right buckle for the sternum strap on my camera rucksack and quality Nikon straps for the wrist straps.

The sternum strap makes it much easier to carry heavy camera gear with comfort,it was essential for me.
