Good haul rinos  I love chestnuts :) The road where I live is a wide avenue, with many of the trees lining it being HORSE chestnut trees. Their fruit is inedible unfortunately, and British kids no longer forage for the fallen nuts to play 'conkers' as they once did.

Sounds like a painful game to play... if the Horse Chestnut is the tree I'm thinking of, bearing big, spiny fruits... Yowch!
...although the Horse Chestnut is one of the several trees whose sap contains a high enough concentration of sugar to make syrup. "MAD Horse" is the acronym: Maple, Ash, Dogwood, and Horse Chestnut. Also, Box Elder.

Thanks for the info Alex

My Charlow opened a fresh pack of coffee. Mmmmmm ;)

My Bladeforums 2011 knife helped trim some tasty asparagus :)

I second, Jack!!

Thirded by me! I actually had to go and check those out elsewhere.

Today I have been catching up on rest and laundry after some long shifts at work.

I took the opportunity to bake a loaf whilst I was vegging....

Nice to see that wee Baker's Knife Thom. I've got a big brother for it when I see you :)
