Didn't Want To Do This

Contacted joebe by email and told him that if he didn't reply to this thread by midnight June 13 that I was going to post a link to this thread on his for sale posts on Knifeforums. He didn't, so I did.
 
I really appreciate all the support from everyone and Ira I like your restraint from the one post. LOL .
Bottom line is that I never intended to trash this guy just have him admit that he was wrong and if he wanted to make some kind of ammend's like paying for shipping the knife to Benchmade for repair's that would be ok but just an apology would have done fine.
Just from his lack of response to me or to other's he seem's not to really care about his rep and seeing that there has not been any reply's to his post on Knifeforums I think they are aware of him there.
Again thank you for your support.
I look forward to dealing with you great guy's in the future.

Since he hadnt responded to this thread, I thought that the balisong forum should know of JOEBE, sorry to potentially ruin your repuatation JOEBE, I have a great deal or respect towards the Balisong forum and there members and they needed to know.
 
I did a trade with him recently. Went ok except for the communication. He waited until after he received my knife to ship his, which was not what we agreed to do. He told me he lost the email with my address and waited for his knife to arrive so he would have my address. He did not e-mail me to tell me about this until I sent him an e-mail asking where my knife was and he told me he just shipped it. Since my email is in my profile, he should have not had a problem contacting me. I prefer to have better communications when I am making a trade.
 
KWM. Saw that you posted the link on "joebe's" post's on Knifeforums and look's like so did he.
He BTTT all of his post's.
I guess he really doesn't care.

Firediver, lost your address did he?:barf: Sounds really convenient to me. This joebe fellow obviously just doesn't trust anyone else and lies to cover up this fact. Doesn't sound like an honorable person to do business with, does he?
 
With this thread linked to his others and having given no explaination of his actions here in this thread, he's done. Ain't nobody gonna touch this guy with the proverbial ten foot pole.

Make note of the stuff he's selling. He could get himself a new user name, but the stuff will be the same and we'll spot him that way.

After all that's gone on here, I think it would be fine to go ahead and add this man's real name and address to this thread for the record.
 
This has nothing to do with the main topic of this thread, I was just wondering if something I saw on another forum is true. Ghost Dog, are you the former Bladeforums member that went by the name of Docbart? This other forum seems to be pretty darn sure you are.

PHEW!!! So he replied to my post on July 17th.... and was banned 6 days later...

And the reason I wasn't suspicious was the fact he was a relatively long time member with over 200 posts...

Sorry to see this Gadi. This guy has made it clear that he just doesn't care what people think of him. I sure hope you eventually get the knife you traded for. In the past he has always waited until he got the other persons knife before sending the one he was trading. Hopefully he has not turned into a complete thief.
 
you know Keith, I may have agreed to do just that - had he asked me... but doing it like this sucks.

I am not sure where this is going..this may turn out ok...and in any case I will update you guys.
 
Beware, "Joebe" has resurfaced at Newt Livesay's forum under the name "satan" trying to trade his Spyderco Military.
 
Well, it looks like I'm off to KnifeForums to delete any "for sale/trade" post this joebe bozo has, since I don't want to see anyone else get burned by that little ****!.:mad:.
