Aaaaggggghhh!!! This is killing me. I was dinged two weeks ago, at least, for both this and the DTBM. I've not gotten shipment notice on either. Beginning to get worried, because I got double-dinged on the BAe, which I had to call them about. They took off one charge... But I hope that didn't screw up everything. Am really looking forward to this one.
 
Is it really heavier than the original? Can you get a shot beside your SHe2? Is it the same size or a smaller handle?

It's nice seeing these pics. Can someone take a spine shot? I'd like to see how fat the grip is with that .22" blade.

Any first impressions? Super thick behind the edge? How's the cutting performance look?
 
I'm in the middle of a huge work week where I'm pretty much working and sleeping but later today I should have time for some more pics. I haven't used it but I've fondled. It's super sharp (beef) and upon initial inspection it feels a lot like a Becker bk2. And I think I mean that in a good way. It's thick, solid, sharp and has a big beefy handle.
 
I can try and get pics tonight, wife's out of town so I'm a single dad so depends how it goes.

Mine is surprisingly thin at the edge for being a beefier blade. Was also sharpened by Beef.

It compares very well to the SOB. Had they called it a Fat SOB I don't think anyone would argue. Ergonomics in my hand slightly favor the 2gBAEcg.

I'm not sure just yet. I have so many knives in this size category it would be tough for,this one to make the cut. Thenfunnynthijg about busse for me though: with shipping and sales tax, I probably couldn't break even selling it. Also, this one is unusually sharp AND thick it's a really nice knife. I'll have to think on it.
