disappointed in Knivesshipfree (Resolved)

Tyler and Derrick have taken care of me on two knives, both Queen made, without pause. I'm happy to pay a bit of premium for SFOs and Northwoods with service like that. Standup guys the both of them. Loyal customer here. I'm north of $1000 with them.

And after 3 out of 3 poor Queens in my last Queen purchases, I'm giving them a break until they show signs of better QC. At least I have a few good ones. I really love their D2.
 
My Northwoods Madison Barlow came with a dent inside the drop point blade after contacting KSF Tyler immediately replied back to me and contacted Chris at great eastern cutlery now my knife is being repaired. In my opinion great service
