I'll tell you a story...
Back when I was married, drinking, and using... I lived minutes walk from my favorite liquor store (and 6 minutes from the grocery store). It was maybe 7AM and I NEEDED alcohol. My liquor store wasn't open yet but the grocery store was... so as I'm crossing the street (at a crosswalk), the only 2 vehicles that were on the road were a Fresno PD and Fresno Sheriff side by side. I'm heavily tattooed, was wearing a Hells Angels support shirt, and had a ZT 9 bayonet on a drop leg sheath.
I walked right in front of both while they were stopped at a red light. Not a single F was given.
I always carry. Movie theaters in my town have strict no weapons policies and they specifically mention knives. I still carry. I carry at work when I work in schools or federal buildings. It's a tool not a weapon, so yes I carry everywhere.
Yep me too, and a Sig P938 for good measure.I figure everyone here who goes to church carries... I mean why wouldn't you?![]()
ZT 9 in a drop Leg, heading to the grocery store...... That's awesome![]()
What I hate the most is the stupid "blade length can be no greater than the width of your palm" measurement, im not sure where anybody came up with that but I have heard it from so many people it makes my head spin, is it just me or do any of you guys ever hear this bs?
If you break a knife carry law, its only a misdemeaner. Punishable by fine, usually less than a traffic ticket. Also punishable by one year in jail, just like littering. Second offence in my state, the fine goes up about a hundred dollars.
