Do You Remember This Knife?

Got mine. Very nice little knife. Already put to work. Thanks Charlie! You're a peach.

I am so glad that I glanced at this thread and then had no time to come back! The forum knife was all I can handle at the moment, but I am very glad to see this knife come to fruition! And SHARP!!! Out of the box?!? Fantastic!! It's great that within the knife community the owners interact directly with us, and us little guys can shape our hobby from the inside! Even though this knife is not for me at the moment, I really appreciate everything involved in making this happen!

Took a couple of quick pics to prod some of you fence sitters, you know you want one:D This was #1 on Barry's site, I didn't choose it due to that but rather I liked the character of the stag.

Nice choice, Trev!!
You all have seen the Box Label, but I just got my Labels in the mail from Barry, and I don't think anyone has posted the "story" label yet, so here goes:

It helps to have a lot of experience Chicken-eying and Coon-fingering a lot of old knives, if you want to make traditional knife patterns!
I am guessing some of Eric's skill is coming from that experience!!

Wow, I didn't see that one when I ordered mine. BEAUTIFUL stag!!

Thanks for bringing it back, Evan!
I hope we see some that have mellowed with use!!

love this thing - mine is either in the pocket or in use.
"unfortunately", with the stainless blade, it's not showing any signs of that use. :)

These Labels mean massive amounts to me, in all of Charlies knives - the labels I get feeling from - just great, as are the knives that accompany these of course.

Here's mine, with the Forum knife counterparts included for the brotherhood!

Nice seeing them together, Glenn!
Th EJ is indeed the "alternative" Forum knife for 2014, for stainless lovers!

Guys, there are only a few of these left, but if you buy one before the 16th, you'll not only get 10% off the purchase price, but I will donate all remaining profit plus enough money from the sale to make a $25 donation to the Jimmy Fund.

I am not making any profit from the sales of these knives; There are eleven left, and I'd like to have them out of my safe and in your pocket, so if you can help, you will not only get a great knife at a bargain price, but will be adding to the possible grand total donation of $275 to the Jimmy Fund.

Thank you all for making the trads forum such a great community!

Barry, I just saw your post in my GAW thread. Thank you so much for the fantastic and generous gesture. I'm humbled by the generosity of acts such as yours as well as the rest of our community here. Great stuff going on.

Well done Sir, you always impress me-since the day I first saw your posts Barry - thank you very much for your contributions to so many  :cool:

To anyone who does NOT have an Erics Jack? - these are exactly what Barry says they are, just superbly built knives by ....well...Eric!
Dont miss out because this is real bang for your buck - with Awesome Stag by Mr. John Lloyd himself - so a fantastic gathering of great people to make these wonderful knives happen.
