I got mine with already modded handles, I proceeded to strip it and then spent some time blending the convex edge...

Wow, what a great thread to read. I doubt the troll knew what he was getting into. The loyalty of those of us that own Busse and it's kin is inspiring and very fun to see. I have to admit that I have not used my Busse knives outside as I live in suburbia and there is little opportunity to use them here. They are used indoors for mostly food prep and as cutlery. Of course I do have some fencing that looks like it needs to be replaced, perhaps I may get to use some of them for demolition!

it is a thrill to see these knives used for the purposes they were designed for and I am proud to call myself a little hog. Thank you everyone.
