Does anyone actually USE their Busse knives?

Bigfattyt's not the only one who can push cut through a phone book. :D

FFBM = 1

Phone Book = 0

Hey Ankerson, you seem to really like that blade :) Aren't you glad you got a FFBM instead of another CGFBM? Sweet pict!

Yep, very glad I did.

It's an awesome blade.

It's my favorite blade. :)

Bastid. Now I want a grilled sandwich.

I just had a toasted Cracked Pepper turkey on toasted potato bread with cream cheese and good cheddar cheese, but it was not as good as that BLT in the photo.

And to the original poster......................

Great oldie there. I would love to get my grubby hooves on that one.........

I'll Take It.

If I remember correctly, that one was not a push cut. It was a chop. I did a bunch of push cutting later. That was long before I convexed the edge.

Here are some cut marks from after convexing. Nice and clean.

I know.......I should not post these as they are "Backyard hiking" and not "real" use.

And this one is just plain Mall Ninja Tom-Foolery, combined with BackYardHiking non-use.

Handle held throw.

Yep, she's sweet. Feels real good in my hand.

A2 steel, which is harder to sharpen than INFI, but seems to hold up well under hard use.

I had the advantage of having that one on the chopping block;) so no worries about ruining anything.

Well I made a video of it chopping through, I had to set one on top of the other so it wasn't as solid as say a chopping block, but you can get the idea. :D

Uploading to youtube now. ;)

In "honor" of Kuribo ... or perhaps in honor of his latest short trip off a long plank ... I just used a Busse knife.

In my back yard.:)

I got you beat, I used one in my basement and the other in the Kitchen. :D

Man... I step away for a few hours and I missed kuribo walkin' plank. :grumpy:

...But good to see he's gone! Now... Back to your regularly scheduled programming. :D:thumbup: Show 'em used if ya got 'em!!!

This thread has inspired me. The mistress hasn't been out of the house for quite a while. As long as the weather isn't too miserable tomorrow I'm going to take her out for a respectable chopfest!!

In celebration of kuribo, AKA 'busselover' making waves...when he got tossed off the plank, that is; here's another Busse in use. Ah yes, I like my steak the same way the sharks like their trolls...

...Bloody! ;)

:D

I dook my NMFBM out just this past weekend to chop some branches in the yard. About 2 1/2 hours of heavy cutting. Here are a couple user pics.

man, I'm glad Eric booted that guy. He was starting to make me mad, use is use, doesn't matter what you're doing or where you're doing it. If you're slicing or chopping with that edge, it's legit!
