Does anyone actually USE their Busse knives?

It's actually been pretty nice for winter in Minnesota this year. Now this weekend calls for p freezing before it hits the ground cold.

That's one of my favorite things about the busse community. Most busse guys use their knives, besides those who just flip them or the guys with crazy limited editions or custom shop stuff. All these "hard use threads" where people post pics of their "beater" that looks like a stock photo really bug me.

About to carve a sweet and spicy, dr. pepper soaked, mesquite smoked pork shoulder. Sorry no after pics as I was a bit greasy. I'm tempted to start a Busse/food thread like the Busse/gun tread, but will leave this here for now.

As a bottle opener...

Looks like you got a lot of snow in Utah. We are supposed to get 2 ft over the next 30 hours.

Yay... Just after I got the ice cleared out in front of the house on the North side.

Hmmm... Can't put my finger on it, but there's something soooo right about that picture!;)

Lol, thanks! My day looked almost just like that yesterday. :D  Had a Rodent Solution instead of the B8.

Fire the last two nights. The BIG finish NMFSH made easy work batoning through dense logs and an old pallet.
