Until my wife decided that since our sons were away at college..I needed to be occupied and...a Boston Terrier named DEEBO joined my family

he doesn't carry a knife... if i put one on him he would think it was his to eat (chewed and swallowed a light bulb with no ill effect somehow, and eats "indestructable" toys.) my dogo argentino, magnus, and i just realized i don't have any pictures of him outside for some reason.

thanks. i had never seen one in person until i went to see the breeder. there have been probably 3 or 4 people to identify him correctly out in public, and mostly because their babies mama's cousin's friend's brother had one. i still haven't found any owners local to me.

yes in both of those pics he saw I had a new toy and he wanted them for himself- I can't blame him...silly dog, knives are for kids..like me:D. Emperorvince, Oh man, that must be so hard to look at those top pics for you-I feel for you as dog lover and owner--HE IS JUST AWESOME WOW. GREAT LOOKING PIT TERRIER. He's in doggy heaven for sure. Love PITBULLS- THE MOST MISUNDERSTOOD BREED. For the right owner (a decisive and strong minded person) they make some of the best dogs period. They are great with kids too. When I think of dog that would die for it's owner(a good responsible owner) no matter what, the first dog that comes to mind is a pitbull-so loyal. It's some of the ignorant people out there that own them that give them a bad rep. IT'S ALWAYS THE OWNER, NOT THE DOG- that is responsible for how that dog behaves and lives. People ask me all the time if I get another dog which I intend to do, to keep Rocco company, and I tell them, either another shepherd or a pit bull terrier--a female to protect Rocco- he he

Wow-- I love the looks of your dog!

In her baby picture, her ears make her look like she's related to a Fennec. :-)

Thank you much for the kind words about Hard..and yes I had a lot of memories after posting those pics, so I took Deebo out for a lil walk lol. he was a beautiful dog and very kind although looking at him you would think different (he lived with a two hairless cats, my 2 sons, & wife..and they all got along fine). As for protective..he was very and didnt need to be trained to do so..we gave love and he gave back. He had a good life, although I assaulted someone to get him (forced rescue, shhhh dont tell), from a dog fight when he was 8 months. Pits do have bad names and it does depend on the owner of the dog. I was actually attacked by a Chichuawawa (you know what I mean..I cant spell it lol) and all Hard did was swat it on its head to save me..a gentleman til the end. Now Deebo is my partner in crime (he just made 2) and I look forward to our future adventures. Its nice to see owners who consider their dogs part of their family instead of just a tool.

It's amazing what a good dog adds to your life. I road tripped from Virginia to Alaska, camping the entire way with this guy and it was one of the most enjoyable, peaceful trips I've ever had. We communed in quiet and shared the good and hard times of that trip, no acrimony, no complaints. Merely companionship as we made our way.

LOVE THIS THREAD!! GUNS, KNIVES, DOGS always a good picture thread on a forum!!

This picture is awesome, he's like "DUDE REALLY!! DOGOS DON'T HAVE ANTLERS!!"

I cant train my black lab to save my life... Id take him out bushcrafting, but he will get in the way and might get hurt. I cant get him trained on a leash. mainly because i have no idea what im doing. Hes a great dog otherwise. loving, wants to please, but hes also just stubborn... and pretty stupid... Hes awesome regardless!

My beagle. He's not into knives, but is more of a gun dog. Here he is doing a "press check" on the .45... yep, it's loaded.
