I am getting slow response as well. A lot of retailers are sending notices that due to the weather, shipping times are delayed. There has been a lot of nasty weather lately.

Doc

Its about to drive me nuts. I can understand bad weather, but I have a package of 2 knives that I shipped to California almost 2 weeks ago, Ive been tracking it, and it has gone on a lovely tour of just about every state but Cali. Its STILL not there! Another one I sent to North Carolina to a customer Ive sent things to multiple times. It gets all the way to the post office in his town and NOW its on its way back to me! WTF? Not to mention a couple different payments that I have not received that is not the fault of the customers. Im more concerned about my knives getting to the rightfull people but it sure is nice to keep the lights on and have groceries too. These are just a couple examples. Surely everybody isn't having issues like this? I guess Im just lucky?

Anybody else having all kinds of problems with the Post office? I am and its driving me insane! Not only have I had a problems with knives Ive sent out taking tours of the country before going to the states there supposed to. But Ive had two money orders to me get lost. of coarse you call the PO and they cant tell you anymore than what you can find out yourself. :grumpy: I know its the busiest time of the year for them but it sure makes it hard on people like me. Wonder whos runnin the show down there?

I'm having troubles with them too!! Not exactly the troubles you're having, but troubles nonetheless. You should see some of the people that they pick to be supervisors and how they choose to run their daily operations......then you would understand why half of their problems happen.

Im going to go try and make some bacon bowls now... Using my wife's muffin pans.

I think ill use a muffin pan upside down on the bottom then wrap the bacon and use a pan on top as well to help keep the shape as it bakes.

Not sure what ill put inside the bacon bowls if they come out ok...... either way im eating BACON!!!

There are different size bowls you can make Woody. If you make the muffin tin size what I usually do is put the pan upside down cook the bacon half way, pull it out, flip it over and put them inside the tins, then scramble some eggs up and put them into the bowls with some cheese on top and put it back in the oven and finish the cooking.

Great idea Cbear!

Thanks again Cbear for the idea.

I threw some scrambled eggs in and then topped with some shredded pepper jack cheese :) not bad for a first go at it from someone who never cooks... if i say so myself!!

Looks good man! Throw a li'l salsa on them and they would be amazeballs!

I usually do a full pan at a time (18 of them), eat 3, throw the rest in the fridge cause they are so handy to grab and go during the week.

Looks good to me! I'd be halfway through eating it before I'd think to take photos, though. Probably because I use an actual camera for pics; my work provided cell has a crappy camera and no easy way to send pics that I do take.

I made 6, our muffin pan only holds 6. I already ate those 3 :) the wife got the others and is finishing them up now. I never cook and she is happy as could be i made her some late breakfast / lunch.

I will be making these again, they were really good.

Trust me, when it comes to food, listen to the fat guy.

They are so easy to change up too, use pepper jack and salsa boom MEXICAN-esque. Use cheddar and a hollandaise and you got a proper British style.

We are getting a lot of snow. We have about a foot and it is still snowing. Amanda and I did some winter wheeling with my Jeep. We went the length of a logging road near the house. Had a blast. Here are some cell phone videos.

For some reason the picture is sideways but it should play correctly. Just click the picture.

Hollandaise and cheddar will most definitely be done on the next ones, that does sound great!!

The wife said my sunday chore is going to be to make those from now on, what have i started LMAO

Oh, and I LOVE the old Astro van... I wanted one for so long! I still do. I don't care that they aren't made anymore.

I just figured out the inside of the spyderhole works great striking a ferro rod.

And i love the Manix 2.

That is all.

And i love the Manix 2.

I'll ditto this one!

I was out at a fancy steak house Friday night and get this, they were out of steak knives...
The waitress was so embarrassed.
No problem Miss! I flicked out the Manix2 and told her it works better than any steak knife. :D

That is bad that they were out of knives. The steak house that I frequent don't even bother to give me a steak knife anymore. They know... It's pretty funny.

I've been thinking of tapping the edge of my 14 inside the ring so that I can strike a ferro rod in it.
