I thought my girlfriend might be safer in the other room while me and Earl were cooking, especially as she rather took a liking to him herself! :eek: But now she thinks that Earl is leading me astray, and that she's getting elbowed out of the way so that me and Earl can hang out together. Just can't win!

Bet Earl was shocked to find that he was finally (exception being the gutted possum) :D having to earn his keep ! :eek::D:D

He was probably thinking - I am a celebrity and supposed to be entertaining your gal while you cook us dinner.

Funny funny about the gal friends insecurity. :D

I dont quite know what to say, but you guys dont know what you are missing!!, simply scrape of the "Wrapper" meat and presto - man you got some real good meat still down there!! :D:thumbup:

Charlie both Joanne and yourself and Paul and Nanc have a standing invitation to our home, the Menu will be a real Kiwi Special if we were ever lucky enough to have you sit at out Table - thats when we pull out the real aged meat, it takes a long time for me to find this - more so on the back roads.
In the days of old, the aged meat was hung under a tree and salted, well they dont know nothin' they dont - so c'mon down now ya'all hear?

mmmmmm...... just a bit more heat off that road and this one will be nearly ready....



and.... the ultimate delicacy at Easter.... this happens just once in a Blue Moon, the kids never knew what was tea that night...
