The fixed blade is a beautiful little Andy Freedburg number I snapped up from the Exchange. Thin and light, this thing slices apple slices so thin, I can see through 'em. Beautiful, and a great match with my bruiser Zaan.

Crk tanto grind is awesome. They really hit the nail on the head. I just need a insingo to round out the grind collection. Love a good sheepsfoot /wharncliff.

Thanks Erik! That Nilte looks pretty neat. I don't normally go for two-handed openers as much these days, but stylish and only two ounces is pretty spiffy sounding.
