Spork!!!!
Love my Spork, but I'm not allowed to use it at home. The Titanium marks our white plates. I keep it at the fire station - and mark their plates!

Bigbore, what is that black FRN handled knife? It looks pretty sweet. Looks similar to gerber's AF. Thanks man.
Edit: Nevermind, I thought it looked familiar, it's the BM mini Mel Pardue.

droffen WHAT IS THE FIXED BLADE ON THE FAR RIGHT OF THE PIC?? looks interesting./ sorry for the caps lock ...

Droffen, is that THE titanium spork? I usually carry a couple plastic throw away ones, but it creates too mush waste, so I want to get the Ti one. Is it pretty sturdy and deep enough for soup too?

Here's my first EDC post My EDC . If you need a username and password I set one up for you guys, it's "Everyone06" and the pw is "everyone". Freestyle wallet, Cross pen, Leatherman Sideclip, Master Knives knife(?;SD purposes), house and car keys with Viper alarm remote and blue Ladybug, Wenger snife with the club and tool box keys, BM 824, Motorola T720, SOG Flash I, and SAK Bantam?(got it as a kid; maybe 8).

Since I broke my right collar bone (long story). Everything has been moved to my left side.

PE FRN VG10 Delica if FL pocket, clipped reversed.

SAK Classic on key chain, which is attached to my jeans loop.

Mini mag light on the belt around there too.

I carry around with me every day: Kershaw Avalanche, Leatherman Wave and a Maglite flashlight (Solitaire). First I had a Buck Odyssey as an EDC but I replaced it with the Kershaw.

Great pics Burnett, and welcome to the forums. The Kershaw Avalanche does not get as much press as some of the other Kershaws but it is a solid knife. Great combo!:D

Todays carry....
left front...key ring with keys and Arc AAA
right front...V-nox Settler
"watch" pocket...Leatherman P-4 Squirt
right rear...bandana
left rear...wallet with Fisher Bullet pen, comb
left wrist...Omega SMP

Tonight I will add a Sure Fire E2e and my blood glucose meter in my coat pockets.

That Victorinox Scientist is one nice looking knife. Is there anyone who can do the custom handles as a service for others, and how are they attached?

Thanks for the compliment JK.

That Scientist was rehandled by KJ Lewis of South Carolina - who unfortunately doesn't do that work any more - his work was featured in one of Ken Warner's "Knives 'XX" books (probably '92(?) ).

The "stag" is actually ivory micrata scored/jigged to look like stag.

The scales are templated from the plastic ones (which are a push fit on flared hidden rivets) but epoxied on - using special alumimum compatible epoxy.

KJ did not used to inlet the tools in the handle but I convinced him to try on my Scientist - and that was the first he ever did.

I have some other models customized by KJ - in this thread in the Gallery:

There is at least another customizer Michael Yoh -

and his very helpful how to page -

RF: Keyring with a Utilikey, a Microplier, Inova Microlight and a small whistle, a Tube of Vaseline lipbalm, a Fisher Space Pen, a SAK pencil, and a PE Leek clipped to the side.

RR: Wallet, Inova X5.

LR: Hankey, SAK SwissChamp.

LF: KelTec P32 in an Uncle Mikes pocket holster, spare magazine.

Jacket Pockets: Survival Tin, first aid kit, monocular, Surefire 6P(old model).

UnknownVT: The SAK pencil is the tiny mechanical pencil that comes in the Vic SOS kit. I tore that kit down and have carried the pencil in my pocket ever since.

Didn't realize that was a mechanical pencil in the SOS kit.

I have the standard (thin) ballpoint pen in the handle of my EDC Vic Scientist -

shown as item #30 in this display.

At one time it was my only EDC pen especially over the weekends when I don't usually carry pens (eg: for work)

Now I also clip a thin/slim stainless steel Zebra ballpoint pen to the inside of my tri-fold wallet - the second from the left:

shown with other pens for size comparison.
as you see there is a mechanical pencil version too.

I originally bought these in Hong Kong many years ago - and thought they were only available over there and in Japan - but this Summer I saw them in Oakland, Calif........

My EDC is a BM 335 Limited Edition 2003 with a D2 blade and Ti handle. This knife is so light wight and so thin it is easy to forget it's in your pocket. It's a small frame lock knife that will slice through tough things with amazing ease.

I may well carry a second knife but the 335 '03 is virtually always there.
