Hey Land! Why ball ammo? If you're military and on-duty I can understand. But if it's on your own time why not pick something more effective?

Just wondering...

Hey, Charlie Fox,

I use the ball ammo for the reason you guessed -- I'm in the Army and ball ammo is what is issued.

Regards,
Chris

Been wanting to post this for a while but I just recently got around to taking and editting pics. Here's what I'm carrying 24/7/365. A few of the pics are editted simply so I could accurately depict my EDC without have to take all new pics. :D

Closer Look at the PSK

Nifty little pouch from an old FAK that I sometimes use to wear the PSK on my belt in situations where that is more effective or more comfortable than having it in my pocket (basically just when I'm hiking).

I ended up buying mine on Ebay. They were a little hard to find at first so once I found them I bought two. How can you go wrong w/ and average price $2 each. :)

Bob Terzuola ATCF w/4" S30V blade, ti bolsters, and carbon fiber grips. Goes in right front while my Case Gunstock still resides in my left front.

I too have a SW 4566 TSW. Does yours have a light?, How about an internal laser? What ammo do you shoot? I like Cor-Bon +ps, and Aguila. It's cool to see someone who has the same gun as me. Nice taste in guns, I like it.

I ive in Sacramento CA where the rule is, only crank dealers are allowed to carry any kind of weapons at all. What I carry everyday is, ready for this; my wallet, keys, and a cell phone.
If it were up to me and I had total freedom to choose it would be, SW 4566 TSW .45 acp (aguila ammo), Al Mar fixed blade SERE operator s30v, CUDA Dominator, keychain bottle opener, and the rest of the stuff mentioned above.

ChuckBuck,
Hey ole Buddy it may be time to get out of dodge, and find some new digs!
Just a thought... ;)

Y'all carry a lot of stuff! Imagine what you could carry if you had a purse! OK I'll play:

Home: on person
small folder (jester, BM 705, ect)
some kind of flashlight

Purse:
leatherman squirt
jester
prybaby
small led
Cell phone, keys, ect

Work on person:
spyderco cricket
prybaby, microlight
folder clipped to scrubbs (leek or 705 or delica)

Small student type pack that is always nearby
larger prybar
eyegoggles and bandana
small headlamp
* zippered pouch of cosmetic type stuff (lip stuff, assorted pills for stomach, sinus, aleve, toothpaste and brush, tweezers, sak,
* a different zippered pouch with utility type stuff (lighter, string, majic candles, rubberbands, paper clips, plastic spy capsules, notepaper, foil, alcohol pads, parafilm (stretchy plastic tape like substance) ect

I don't carry fishhooks and stuff, I carry stuff people usually need but don't have on them. You would be surprized at how many times I need a paperclip or rubberband. If I get tied up somewhere I can always brush my teeth also! The purse goes in the backpack so it can be removed if lets say I want to go in a store and not look "tactical" or something. Also have CWP and frequently have small firearm on person. At home I'm always by more guns and knives. Life is good. :)

I face the urban jungle with the very epitome of hardcore folders. Packing tape and beer bottles yield before its might. Civilians run scared from it's evil blade profile. It's special "desk obvious" panels aid in rapid deploynent. The "scary sharp" blade seldom requires atention. It afords a comfortable carry (often point sideways)
Yup, it's the (very hardcore) unmodified (well apart from the chip in the little blade) Victorinox Spartan BOW DOWN!!
Oh theres usualy a Leatherman Pst in my bag as well (You know the pliers are great for extracting things)
