Cell Phone (Samsung N400 atm, i need a new one)

Right front:
Keys w/ Dorcy 1xAAA flashlight and leatherman micra

Serbertool
Occational Second Folder: Leek/Ka-Bar Dozier Clip point (its pretty quick to convert)

If im at school, no knives (not even the micra)
If im going lightweight I will probly just have my keys, phone, wallet and one knife (or just my LM mcra)
If im going in the woods, ill probly carry a sak too and a 5" ka-bar on my belt, also might grab a better flashlight.

Minimalist, yet functional and classy. Is that all you carry? Nothing else? If so, you have my admiration. I go to the men's room with more than that -- then again, I'm a pessimist. :)

In the great republic of MD, it's a rare occasion when someone can get a concealed carry permit, and I really don't go into too many places where I would need one. That said, when I move to PA, I would like to carry a simple Ruger 22 snubnose, or a Ruger 38 snubnose, supposedly it's very easy to get a CCP. I like the automatics, but I think a simple revolver would be better. What I carry now? House keys, car keys, a neat money clip with a reproduction buffalo/indian head nickel on it, a Spyderco Ladybug serrated in my back pocket, a neat, cheap wallet, leather with wolves on it. I also carry a CRKT M16, the old one without the flipper, and I alternate between that and a Spyderco Delica as my big EDC. I've got a crappy fixed blade "survival knife" in my truck, it's razor sharp, and has stuff like matches, fishing line etc in the handle. I'm thinking of leaving my CRKT Falcon fixed blade, or my Boker stag in my glove box, so I have a better knife. And, I have my cell phone.

Crawford Falcon clipped to belt
Spyderco Military PE in Cargo pocket
Surefire G2 Nitrol
Photon Microlight (red)
Leatherman Wave (on belt)
Bic lighter

-Buck Folding Alpha Hunter or Victorinox Hunter or nº9 Inox Opinel with customized olive wood handles.
-Mini-maglite (and extra batteries).
-Victorinox Swisstool.
-If I'm in the city I usually have a Frosts 277, a Bark River Mini-Canadian or an Eriksson 22 fixed blade. When I'm outdoors (most of the time) I carry a larger fixed blade.
-Personal survival kit. It fits in my fanny pack and includes anything I can possibly need in my daily life, plus some "just in case" gear.
-When I can, I like to carry my trusty .44 Magnum or .357 Magnum. I don't carry them in the city, but they've helped me out a lot on the field.

May I ask for a description of the contents and its case? I'm always looking to improve mine.

RF - Large Sebenza 2003 LE with redwood burl inserts, clipped into the watch pocket with the bottom cut out. Then in the regular RF pocket an ASP key defender with a brass Peak 3xLED AAA, keys, and a spy capsule with allergy meds.

LF - Wilson leather wallet that holds among other things a Fisher space pen and the sebenza allen wrench. Beside the wallet rides my BM 705 with a satin finished D2 blade and bubinga wood inserts.

Dang, almost forgot the new tool I made which rides in the bottom of RF pocket. It's my attempt to build something like Peter Atwood's prybaby.

It is a small piece of steel with a V shaped slot in the middle that forms two rounded chisel ground prongs in the front and in the rear a cord wrapped handle. I shaped it, heat treated it, polished it, and cord wrapped it myself.

Anybody know where to find some spring steel in the Charlotte area? I have the urge to build a whole knife now.

Sounds really interesting -
any chance of a picture please?

What kind of sheath/pouch do you carry it in?

Thanks,

I've decided to leave my CRKT M16 and my Spyderco Delica in my truck glove box, there my big coat EDC's, and rely instead on my SOG Blink as my new EDC. I decided I wanted something strong and fast, something with a tip up carry. I still have my little Spyderco Ladybug, but that is just for opening mail, boxes and other small chores. My Blink may be small for me, but I like it just the same.
