Sounds like a very good idea. Got pics? Do you attach your sheaths in your pockets - snaps, clips, velcro... I've been trying to figure out a way to carry a small FB in RF pocket, ready for pull, but the best I've come up with are safety pins ziptied to plastic sheath (CRKT Stiff KISS with a slimmed-down sheath). It works but it's not very elegant... A pocket sheath for Leatherman sounds cool as well.

oops, edited to add:

EDC = Dragonfly with house keys, a Swiss Military metal pen, car keys with Underwater Kinetics 2AAA flashlight, black leather wallet, Nokia phone, Leatherman, Delica & Gerber Guardian (or the said Stiff KISS).

Cool !

Where did you buy them from ?

I got them from www.spservices.co.uk but I think soldier of fortune also sell them. Im sure there are plenty of places that sell them in the US too

I chose the glove liners instead of the 'hatch' style police/ SWAT gloves because they are so small and thin they are hardly noticable.

then you wonder why we look like nuts to sheeple...
Why do you carry that? You want to avoid letting fingerprint everywhere?

:D no I think latex would be better for that, one strand of kevlar left behind and forensics would track my credit card payment through the site, cross reference it with the glove purchase, run their supercomputer over the internet, track my connection back through the 14 proxy servers I run through and find my post here and I would be toast... (thats a joke by the way :))

I carry them in case of fire more than anything else (building or train/ subway). If you see pictures of people that survive bad fires their hands are burnt off. If you read accounts of they few people who survived the troop ship fire in the Falklands war they say their hands were melting as they tried to escape. A layer of fabric thats good for up to 400 degrees C is going to fair a lot better than my baby soft hands :)

I have been carrying a 1999 version of the large Chris Reeves wood inlay Sebenza as my everyday carry since August of 1999. Matter of fact, after receiving it, I stopped visiting this great sight because I had the perfect knife. Just came back here yesterday after a six year absence.

wow, i seriously dont know how some of you get away with all that stuff in your pockets.
dont get me wrong, im planning to carry as much stuff as soon as i get 'purse' that dosent look too effeminate. im thinkin about the maxpedition fatboy.

My current edc:

Keychain--Maillon Rapide climber's rated steel carabiner, pealess whistle, genuine German Army issued Victorinox SAK, and an old Sebertech M2 tool.

Camo'd ROTH micro Breaching tool, ROTH Air Marshall's special G-10 knife, Gerber Applegate combat folder, and black Gerber Multi-plier multi-tool.

Also my old Motorola cell phone and my Billabong wallet which also contains an old credit card knife.

Not pictured is my watch, a Seiko SKX 007 k2 classic diver with jubilee bracelet, and my LED Lenser v2 tactical flashlight.

Wow, Emanuel, nice to see somebody still owns that old Motorola 2288. I used mine for six years, and simply loved it. Bulletproof, simple, and big enough for an average man. I lost it this summer during a Korn concert, and I still couldn't find a worthy replacement. They don't make phones like they used to. :(

I know what you're saying.

My father infact came on by and showed me his spiffy new panasonic flip phone. Takes photos etc etc like all of the new phones nowadays.

I mean, I like the fact it takes photos, but damn, it's small and to be honest, it feels a bit flimsy. I doubt I could drop it too often, if ever, and still have it working.
I use my stuff much harder than most people, these new phones wouldn't last long.

I think I'll just stick with this old phone.

P.s. Nice to see a Korn fan. :) Along with Metallica they're my favourite non-country western band.
