Love the sharp jimping :)

magnum lady damascus showed up yesterday so i have been carrying that.

fit and finish isn't great but it takes a mean edge and isn't that bad after you tune it up a bit.

sorry for huge pic.

What purpose is that designed for?

I just got word back from Spencer A. Reiter of SAR knives, it is one of his, its designed as a discreet offensive blade, and the lanyard is there to assist in the grip. The small cutting edge is made that way so as to not be seen when you have it in your hand. I’m going to practice on sum card board to see how it handles.

I think I lucked out on mine, the jigged bone version I have is one of a kind.

Older meanings of FTW

Years ago, "FTW" used to have a very negative meaning: "f**k the world". This was a term commonly used by social rebels, anarchists and anti-authoritarian types to express frustration with modern society. Gratefully, this antisocial meaning has dramatically faded in use in the 21st century, and people largely use "for the win" as the modern meaning for this acronym now.

That one is an irritant gas grenade. I always carry one in my gear bag. I’m going to post some pictures of my gear bag and vest; they always go with me, when out working.
Depending on what I’m doing that day, I may carry 2 gas canister and 2 fragmentation grenades.

Ed, you're the only person that I somewhat know that carries a tomahawk, a gun, a SAS survival kit, and a couple of frag grenades at the same time. :grumpy:

Stay safe brother, hopefully you won't need to use the frags anytime soon.

Early post for tomorrow: Spyderco Gayle Bradley, Leatherman Skeletool.
