EDC Work or Weapon?

Hope I never have to use a knife as a weapon. Probably be more traumatic for me than if I ever had to shoot someone. That's me. But, I hope if I ever have to pull a gun for defense of someone I never have to use it - many times if if comes to pulling that can be enough but if you do, you better have the fortitude to use it and know when that's appropriate.
 
I carry a knife as a tool only. I don't even carry a knife that would make a decent weapon. By the time I dig out my Case peanut from a pocket and get it open, or get my Vic classic off my keyring, it's all gonna be over with. If I need a weapon, the Blackthorn stick in my hand is way better. I'll leave the knife fights to Hollywood.
