Greetings friends! Hope today finds you all doing well.
Been camping all week with my son. We had a beautiful little spot right by the running water with nice access to some great nearby trails. One of the days we did a twelve mile hike up to a stunning crystal clear alpine lake up in the mountains. Plenty of waterfalls to cool off in on the way as well. Had a spectacular time and made some lifelong memories!
The Kansbol made quick work of slicing some brauts
As did this Mora filet knife for some figs to accompany my after dinner tea along with a wee dram
Campfire popcorn. The breakfast of champions
This is a pic from afar of the set of waterfalls we were playing in in the two previous pics
Our campsite was close to the typically way too overcrowded Franklin Falls trail, so we took the opportunity to head out at dawn and get the place to ourselves
