So I left the house today with my Benchmade Contego, like usual. But coming home the only knife I had on me was this

Did I lose my Contego on the bus, did it get confiscated, eaten by a dog? No, not really. Just before I left back home my girlfriend asked me if I had any spare knives on me, she wanted to try one out at work. I said no, but I pulled up a pic of my collection and asked which one she wanted to try. I thought for sure she would have picked my Dragonfly, or even my smaller Ursa Minor. But nope. Right away she picked out the Contego, the biggest and most murdery blade I have. After going through an Axis lock lesson she told me that this was the favorite one from my collection, and then proceeded to yell at me for getting her into knives

Looks like I have another Benchmade order in my future....

Is she set on Contego only? I'm just thinking out loud here, but a BM 940 would be a lighter carry more discreet and a fair bit of blade as well.

Shes familiar with my 950, but likes the Contego better. For some reason she gravitated to it. It's strange man, I really know. I showed her the blue and black m390 one and she absolutely loved it
