Also took the clip from my Delica and put it on my GB2. It didn't ruin the ergos and made it much better in and out of pocket.

They are after market scales made by DeathGrips, account in this forum, his name is Ryan.
Im sure he’s got sub forum or page here, his Instagram handle is “deathgripscales”
The material for the inlays is called “beyondwood products granite” or something similar
I asked him to polish as much as he can the CF part, in general it is hard to polish CF without some coating with some resine as far as I know but I can be mistaking. He did outstanding work on the CF that brings up the texture and the “granite” part also took really mirror glare.
In person view gives you unbelievable deep, sort of 3D effect on the “Granite” with small sparks when you move the handle
