Back to day shift. Seems you have been switching shifts without much of a break. Days to nights is a little tough but the night to day transition takes a body a few days or at least it did for me.

That's just how it goes, my shifts are split 50/50 nights and days...fortunately my flip-flopping is kept to a minimum by bunching all my nights together
