EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Carrying small while taking a walk along the beach in the hot weather.

Had to have some watermelon. Watermelon on a hot day always reminds me of the family gathering together at my Grandmother's. And you bet your ass that's salt in the picture (I may be in the PNW, but still Dirty South Represent'n! ;) )
I even made an iced tea slushie, sweetened with blackberry honey

I have never heard it called "Dirty South Represent'n" but salt on cold watermelon is awesome. Don't knock it till you try it. I have some Old Smokie salted watermelon whiskey in the freezer, just chilling. Blackberry honey sounds great. Stay cool.

Thank you for your thoughts, much appreciate.

It's always kind of luck of the draw when receiving any new knife on how good the action is in my experience. Even high end expensive folders. My iMamba is the only one I've ever handled so I can't speak on how they are in general, but mine is literally like perfect. The detent, lockbar pressure, bearing action are all tuned just right and somehow work equally well for thumb-rolling, flipping, and spydie-flicking. It is a little bit different than the majority of knives out there with anything but flipping because of the fuller/notch/nail nick being a little bit further from the end of the scales than normal but it works really well in my case. Possibly it would smooth things out if you took her apart, cleaned everything real well and then applied just a touch of whatever oil you use. Be aware of the loose ball bearings though.

Clearly my initial impression on the deployment was overly premature smh. It’s like my first time buying a knife, why would I not think of breaking it down and cleaning it before ranting about the action on a public forum?!? Lesson learned 😳
