EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Saying good bye to another XM. Nathan's Shiv was calling and I couldn't resist :)

This arrived today, mirror like finish on the blade, as you can see; ArnoBernardKnives ArnoBernardKnives iMamba folder, package was well packed and a thoughtful piece of cardboard laid below the tape cutting line so as to prevent you from slicing anything within the box, very good idea.

I like their fob on the folder but I prefer a bit larger knot and just a smidge further away from the end of the handle, so I will carefully untie it and it looks tied quite well, I'm impressed with their knotting skills
(turns out that you don't have to untie their lanyard, it is slipped through the lanyard hole and looped so you can just unloop the lanyard to remove it)

Please tell me how it is in hand, various grips and such. I’ve been eyeing this one, thank you in advance. Troy

For me it handles great not too wide and not too narrow. Compared to similar style knives I like this one better.
The detent could be a bit stronger but it works for me as I’m more about what happens when it’s opened and not so much about how fast it opens
;)
Blade shape is a great EDC design and ground down fairly thin and the guys at ArnoBernardKnives ArnoBernardKnives certainly know how to sharpen a knife!

I work 4-10's but would enjoy your schedule

Knives&Lint Knives&Lint , awesome scenery and photos. You help those of us the want to be in the mountains but are stuck on flat ground with your photos but, at the same time, make us jealous

Many thanks my friend. I do count myself truly blessed every moment I get to be out there, and I make sure to stop and take the time to be cognizant of it. It was a bit of a stressful and hectic summer this year, which culminated in an August full of 16 hour days where I didn't get in the mountains at all, so I've been trying to make up for it before the weather returns. A bit of a reward to myself as well. We moved out here 5 years ago now and keeping things going on opposite ends of the country has been tough. It's nice to have a touch of breathing room and momentary relief as the hard work and struggle finally starts to feel like it's paying off.
