EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

It has been this old Kizer (2015ish, if I recall) for a couple days. This has had the ridiculous flipper tab ground off, but works flawlessly with the thumb studs. This is the only knife I can ever remember that has a Teflon detent ball. It works great and is very smooth...are there any other knives with Teflon detent balls?

Nice - don’t see that knife every day.

I’d think Teflon would wear prematurely? Seems ceramic detents and bearings are where it’s at. Still puzzles me why some mid-upper tier knife makers use steel bearings..

I think you are right, in theory. But, I've had this for a long time and it has been flipped about a million times with no issues, so I'm not sure how long it would take to wear out...
