Really like what you did with that Buck tactical folder, very cool looking knife 😎
Many thanks! It all stared with that Boker Trapper in copper/burlap, then I searched out the others to pair with it, so it was only natural to go ahead and throw the acid stonewash on the blade of the Buck to match (I did the tools/blade in the SAK as well). Then I went for the best impression of copper I could when I flamed the hardware. I'm quite pleased with how it turned out and I'm extremely happy with that Buck in general. A great knife that I'm enjoying much more than I ever expected to, and a steal at the $115 they were selling for when I picked it up.

It was an ensemble worth taking note of, it all came together really well ;) The Trapper set the tone and you worked your magic brother. I think it's something we can all appreciate, the different and innovative styles between us. And it sure is good to see Buck coming out swinging for once, they sort of stayed in their corner for far too long. One of my favorite things about this thread and forum, there's always something new to see.

Dont know if you're to blame... but I want to thank you!! Because I believe I just bought the last Japanese made SERE that was at KnifeCenter!! I've been looking at this knife for the past ten years but some how never pulled the trigger, it's like something always came up. After hearing you guys talk about them no longer producing these in Japan, I was checking KnifeCenter the past couple days and finally convinced myself to throw it in the cart. You guys are my inspiration, errr or enablers 😆🤣🤣
Nice my Friend !!
I think you will be very happy and congratulations!!!
