I spotted the IronJoe knife !

Definitely this, because it's ideal for cutting meat in a plate (not using the shitty (IMO) knives restaurants usually supply). It's small (blade around 3") but very good at slicing :

Speaking of Piemont lever, this is my alternative steak knife solution. One or the other is always in my pocket. You never know when a ribeye may cross your path...
