Spent the afternoon finishing up a project from last weekend. Needed to build a couple desks with shelves, and a table for the middle of the room.

Mrs. Wyatt wanted a round table, so I built a jig for the router and cut the table.

Done for the day. Pork butt is on the smoker and it is time to relax. Happy 4th everyone.

Took a tour around my swamp today, giving the Zaan a bit of a workout. Trimming back the vicious vines and brambles from my walkways and posts. Always a bit bloody way to pass the time.
It's comfy in use, but the edge is a bit too polished for what I was using it for. I'll let it dull down and when I sharpen it back up, I'll put a bit rougher and toothy edge on the S45, try and get it to slip less. I don't plan to be shaving with this one. I want some bite.
