Does it prevent knife disassembly?

It does not. The floating stop pin is fixed by screw to the lockside scale. The other end of the pin goes through a hole in the face scale and just floats. It’s why you have to locktite the pivot at the right tension on the Inkosi.

Perfect sense. If I was not cheap, I would probably own one.

Ok....I've wanted This knife for awhile now.
It's a tweaked version of one I made for somebody ..... Let's see if he notices?
-slightly simpler, elegant, more refined and longer, soon to be Green handle.











This one is D2 Ingot with Cryo. Lignum handle with firey red spacers, black liners. Flared nickel copper tubing.

It's Mine.
Although I'm getting (3) more in This pattern next week coming in from Bos in 62HRC Nitro V

Thank you about liking it, but I don't have much choice about the color. It's going to happen Naturally. If you look the original slabs are already getting there.
Id have to keep sanding, or keep it in the dark, out of sight.

I'll admit I did not try removing the pivot to see if it would open, and assumed this screw had to come out first. I will try what you elude to...

Doc, That stop pin is floating and the scale just lifts off after removing the male pivot screw and the body screw. If you want to remove the stop pin as well that can be done once disassembled.

I figured it out above already, after I re-read what ChazzyP was trying to say. But thanks for confirming it for me.
