I usually just disassemble it fully and wipe the parts down with rubbing alcohol. Luckily it was a knife with washers and tight tolerances lol. Otherwise I might have ran it through hot water. I appreciate the Sebenza even more with how nicely it continues to function after a full cleaning.just wanted to ask how do you clean the knife, e.g. the inside , pivot, after cutting jobs?
