EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

What is this one?

Owned this ever since it made its debut. I think +20 something years ago?.😎
Almost exactly what I carried today . Mine is the clipped point with thumb stud plain edge ( S30V ) .
ha ha just got mine two days ago .
Feels just right in my hand ! ! !

I have had the Doug Ritter M390 for about a decade but that big wide drop point blade has never seemed like " me " .
I looked at the "" lesser "" S30V clipped point out of the corner of my eye for a long time now and always told myself I would be stupid to buy it when I had the M390 but I finally broke down and I must say , for my use , I prefer the skinnier pointier clipped point . I am sure I will carry and use it a lot more .

tried giving it new life by cutting the bottom and planting it next to the others. I'm not sure if that works or not, but we'll see.
I am so NOT a " green thumb " that I once killed a cactus , but it seems some where along the way some one taught me that you can put the branch in a jar with some water and it will grow roots then you can transplant it into the ground .

Sneaky Saturday, checking out this "Formula One" folder with it's slick "technically not a switchblade" assisted-opener mechanism from A.B.S. Master Smith Bruce D. Bump 😎

Yes thank you !
That was very enlightening .
I was just not seeing that knife clearly at all . Some how I thought pressing the inlay deployed the blade and the bottom edge of the inlay was one of the finger grooves .
Kind of that thing where you look at an illustration and see a vase and next glance you see two faces looking at each other .
In any case I was crazy .
I'm better now .
Elegant knife !
But that is very obvious .

I understand completely. I’m currently battling an ongoing addiction to Oreos. Those sadistic double stuff demons won’t leave me alone.
double stuff !
Yuuuuuck !
☺️
Oreo thins is where it's at !
The lemon or plain ones .
But I can quit anytime .
In fact I'm using knife collecting to help mitigate my cravings .
Simple .
When I feel the urge to eat Oreos coming on I shop for and buy another knife .
Works like magic .
The tricky bit is to not combine catalog or online shopping WITH eating Oreos .
THAT IS VERY BAD .
