EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

OK, back to today's carries, also posted over at the Official Lanyard Thread. I swapped out a bead that was too big for my Inkosi, tying that up on a tail for the Rukus and put something else on a new tail for the CRK. I've had both knives on me, so this is both a Multiple and a Micarta Monday.

I did mention the bi-directional contour on the Rukus the other day, but my slightly angled spine shot didn't show it that well. This one's more directly overhead and gives a bit better view. It's not as pronounced as the same feature on my TRM Machine Flipper, but is definitely noticeable in hand and really serves to lock the grip in along with its vertical countering and profile. (Edit: missed properly uploading the spine shot below, but got it now.)

Dang, that's cool to see baby hawks, that's something you don't see very often! I often have a hawk flying way above my house, just thermaling around. My crow friends absolutely hate them though. They're mortal enemies haha. Anytime there's a hawk above my place, there are 3 or 4 crows chasing it around trying to get it out of there. Sometimes the hawk will perch up on a tree limb and the crows will take turns, one by one, swooping down full speed and just missing him, or sometimes I think barely nicking him. It's a warzone sometimes.

Basterds, whoever they were, to leave a kitten somewhere. Looks like you gained a nice friend though!
No you don't see it often. Crows and owls are also mortal enemies as well. If you notice, crows are like wolves and coyotes. They rarely attack alone. Always multiples. Alone, the hawk would easily win. With more than one to watch for, might not be the same outcome.
He was actually tossed out in our front yard. A neighbor saw her toss him and caught her. He proceeded to chew/cuss her out and made her retrieve him. When she turned the corner where he could not see her, she tossed him again. He is a good boy.
