No.Were the screws that came with the clip too short to go through the leather? If so, what did you replace the back part with?
I have one of these clips on the way and I know whatever hardware they send with isn't going to make it through 3 layers of leather. Love that sheath!

Tell me more about this knife. Did you remove the original inlays and replace them or do something else?
No.
The original sheath came with leather belt loops as shown below

For the past 8 weeks I have been recovering from shoulder surgery so everything had to function 1 handed. The clip swap used the existing loop attachment points. Those coupled with the scallop on top of the sheath made this on perfect for pocket carry and one hand operation.
There are three layers of leather in the sheath and the short nut barrel works fine. Long barrel

Sharp & Fiery , it is a great sheath Coleman made.
Yes the original red micarta inlays were removed and then Chad Moss did the inlays. The backspacer is J2H and the clip is Millit. I'm currently sourcing the black timascus studs and pivot and hopefully backspacer as well.Tell me more about this knife. Did you remove the original inlays and replace them or do something else?
