Now as it should be, washers > bearings

Haven't used or bought a Kizer in years but when I saw this variant of the Original 2 with its Insingo style blade shape and hollow grind I was interested enough to try one. A budget blade in 14c28n and Norplex unpolished canvas micarta on a neutral handle shape running on ball bearings so its very smooth and the Clutch lock has 4 or 5 holes to reposition the omega springs for detent feel if needed.

The main draw was the Insingo-ish blade shape which has a pretty deep high hollow grind and feels ground thin although I think its around .020” BTE after a quick check with a mic. Could be thinner but I wish that for every blade. Stock is .110” and the thumb studs are out of the cutting path. The package is thin and lightweight to carry. Overall not a bad option if you are looking for an affordable EDC or beater that can check several boxes.
