Very cool bro. Thank you !I saw a knife that Joe did, he told me it was 22 layer suminagashi.
Off I went looking, saw some knives made from it. One was a dagger, that was ground to show the layers, going solid in the middle, with the layers shown down to the edges.
That one, is what made made me ask Joe, about doing a tanto style knife, with that steel. The guard is also made with the same steel.
When it came to the scales, Joe showed me some different types. We both agreed that the emerald scales, would look the best.
