It looks like a combination of muskrat and trapper. Muskrapper? Traskrat?Schrade experts!! Please help me with this one!! Marked with pattern number 761, my tendency is to call it a two-bladed Slim Stockman!! It is 4" long with a single backspring!!
What did Schrade call it???View attachment 1668296
What a guess, huh!! Slim Premium Stock(man)!!!Shown in 1953-1956 catalogs.View attachment 1668821
It is elegant, Jeff!! Thanks!! Slim but sturdy!!Charlie, I wouldn't be surprised if Schrade just called it a Premium Jack, but I call it "elegant."

What's the etch on this knife say, Charlie? I see "Made..."??? Can you make out the rest? Have you seen others like it?
If you took the HAND MADE from Cal's knife above, enlarged and centered it behind the pull, that would be it!! I've seen other 761s, but not a lot of them!

Just a silly joke : they sold by dozen, you show one... so I wondered where could be the remaining knives of the bunch!Oops! You lost me Alain!??![]()
Great score... I keep hunting for a good sheepsfoot jack with shield and end caps... they are elusive.
