Big Utica, with a long punch, and Buffalo-head shield; Big Utica 1.jpginspired my GEC-made version!! Even though he changed a few things, Bill worked right from this knife!!!

Schrade Walden "SPORSTSMAN" (post WWII), made for Abercrombie & Fitch outfitters!! View attachment 1646133
Near Mint. The etch is nice, but my scanner won't take a clear pic of it!!View attachment 1646128
Scratches on the scanner, not the knife!
Charlie is that etch double stamped or is that an effect of the scanner? Beauty of a scout knife, museum quality!

Charlie looks like Chicken Little is aging nicely👍

Here are the two Schrade curved tang stamp folders I alluded to in my Schrade Stag post in the “Old Knives” thread. Top one is a
3 & 3/8 inch serpentine/dog leg candle end Jack and the bottom one is a 3 & 1/4 inch regular Jack. The bone jigging on the bottom one is the usually seen early Schrade pick bone but the candle end one has a more unusual almost disjointed pick bone pattern. The top one has a crocus finished mark side clip blade and glaze finish on the reverse and pen. Not much evidence of use or sharpening. The bottom Jack has seen more use but still has some of the original glaze finish. It has been sharpened. Both function perfectly. Both are perfectly flush in the half and fully open blade position on both knives. The level of fit and finish on these old Shrades is incredible!
