Derek said in order to be a real beckerhead you had eat sriracha.....
I used to put it on salad.
It's awesome w/ blue cheese or ranch dressing.
You need a kydex holder that snaps onto the top of that bottle.
I like Frank's and regular Tabasco too, as well as several others, but I really enjoy the balance of chilis and garlic in Srirachi. So much in fact that I recently made a batch of chile de arbol/garlic relish with fresh stuff from our garden... if this knifemaking thing doesn't pan out, maybe I'll get rich making THK sauces and relishes!![]()
And your knives look great you should stick with itBut if you make some crazy good hot sauce im in !!!
Ah, got the wainscoting, and cap done. Yee haw.
pics once you're laced into the corset.
If anyone is interested, "The Barefoot Sisters Southbound" is free for Kindle on Amazon today:

I haven't read it, but it comes highly recommended if you like books about hiking and the Appalachian Trail.
Is that like the "Traveling Ya Ya Sister Pants"?
Saw the BK10 at the local knife shop the other day.
Someone help! My wallet can't take this!
