I've been watching this tv series called "strike back" I have to say its a pretty damn good show.
 
I love my Maxped Monsoon, and despite being labeled as one of their "gearslinger" packs it is more like a one strap backpack in my opinion. Also has a good amount of room for day hikes and the like, as well as a strap to keep it from moving when you want it out of the way. Really handy to just rotate to get to your stuff, and it has a fair bit of attachment options. I think I have seen other options by 5.11 that might be a bit smaller though if that is too big for your needs.

Its good on rice, and noodles... but for meat ill stick to Louisiana or red hot mixed with a little Dave's insanity.

I used to put it on salad.
It's awesome w/ blue cheese or ranch dressing.

You need a kydex holder that snaps onto the top of that bottle.
 
I like Frank's and regular Tabasco too, as well as several others, but I really enjoy the balance of chilis and garlic in Srirachi. So much in fact that I recently made a batch of chile de arbol/garlic relish with fresh stuff from our garden... if this knifemaking thing doesn't pan out, maybe I'll get rich making THK sauces and relishes! :p

I dont eat salad dressings, I love salads, but i just use juice from the Jalapeno pepper jar as the dressing, and then add salt and pepper. If im at a restaurant and they wont bring me jalepeno pepper juice ill use vinegar. But no thick dressings ever.

Franks is great on about everything. Tabasco is good on popcorn and pizza.

And your knives look great you should stick with it :) But if you make some crazy good hot sauce im in !!!

I've got it... a Growl with Rrrred G10 scales and Grrrreen liners that comes with a small bottle of THK hot sauce.... that fits into a pouch on the sheath. I are a genius! :D

Um, okay. :D Man, it's finally getting done. My cousin is going to put the linoleum in for me, and I can get the cabinets, counter top, and sink in. Then there's just the trim left. Oh yeah, and to finish stripping and painting a door.
 
FYI, a three-ounce vodka martini is a 153 calorie "snack."
