Saw the BK10 at the local knife shop the other day.

Someone help! My wallet can't take this!

Now we need more info Cbear... What steel was used? Whats the blade length?

I like the design! Daizee puts an awesome curve on his knives!

This is an 85% scale rendition of my v1 hunter in 3/32" O1.
~2.55" blade with a high flat grind and a fine edge @600 grit
~3.6" handle, black/green linen micarta with 1/8" brass pins
^ the actual answer... I had to find the right one.

It was recommended on a camping forum and they seemed to like it. No idea personally, but I generally don't like books written from a female point of view. It was free...

Just screwing with ya! Actually, one of my favorite hiking books was written by a woman. "Wild: From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail" by Cheryl Strayed is a great read.

I just started reading that. Great so far. Her boots just fell over the side of a cliff....yikes

Somehow I managed to not take any knife pics, but here is a pic from the last trip at this very campsite:

I just read the summary, And now i really want to read this book!

Thanks for bringing it to my attention!

OH MAN, that looks good.

"When will THEN be NOW?"

"Soon!"

That little guy will be on its way in the morning, CBear, thanks for snatching it up.
Slicey little devil with that high grind on 3/32". My left arm is half bald.
For a brief moment I had that model in 80%, 85%, 100%, 115% in the house. Stupid me didn't think to take a family portrait.

Glad you like it, WW.
That spine curve is designed to be mucho controllable with your finger up behind the point for field dressing (in the 100% scale version). There are half a dozen riffs on the theme, but this was the original drawing. The first 100% v1 Hunter still rides on my pack as my bushcraft blade during the off season (the one Dresnor liked at Trailbum's Gathering), and the v2 is now my actual hunting knife.

You silly boys and your purses ;)
Haha, just saw this. I was telling my wife the same thing about that one bag, that it looks like a murse. I'm gonna get another Max Remora Chinese knock off probably. I already know the size, and they're only around $23.

I have a High Speed Gear Inc. TEA bag, it's closer to a purse than any Murse, but its awesome!

Is it a knock-off if the original is already made in China?? Prolly the same dang factory.
The maxped gear I have says 'designed in USA' but 'made in Taiwan' (or China, I ferget exactly what's on the label)

i'm amazed that stores like lowes and home depot can stay in business by not stocking commonly desired products

more so: selling a sealant/adhesive labeled for use on windows, doors, and siding... then a warning label: not for use on occupied structures? aroo? wow.

I got some awesome Bocote handles in today from tommythewho. They feel so nice in the hands!!!

Now i just need a ka-bar potbelly to use them LMAO
