You guys are correct. The knives were designed to be disassembled and cleaned. You can do so without voiding your warranty. Thank you all for the kind words. Ernie in disguise as EmersonREP? No way Jose. I'm here so he doesn't have to be. He's too busy on the belt sander, grinder, and heavy bag!

You know what's great about EmersonREP and the company in general? We ask when models will be available and they give us an answer! There's another company I know that I regularly purchase from that will NOT do that.

Ps: due to y'all's kindness I picked up a cqc-8 and love it the od green scales match my glock 27 perfectly. Definitły a life long customer now and my buddy just ordered a La Griffe yesterday, my next is the super roadhouse to remind me of my bouncer days...lol. Thanks again to all who made this a great experience I deeply appreciate it.

Is Emerson changing the way their knives are sold? Recently, two of the wholesale distributors that I buy knives from have closed them out.
