Enough already! What BAD things can we say about the SAR4?

I am so jaded from buying 347 dollar knives for 1500 bucks, it makes this seem like someone is trying to pull one over on me... Probably, Scott,

I think they are a very nice looking Busse,, moving away from the design pigeon hole of the rear talon,,

The worst thing about this particular Busse is that I cannot decide whether or not to buy one.
-I like a working choil or none at all.
- The knife looks like an open folder with the large handle and blade shape and I cannot decide if this is a plus or a minus.
- I can't decide if I like the butt or not, I like a skull crusher or pry bar
Therefore I cannot decide whether or not to pull the trigger on this Busse and that is a definitive drawback

Let me help you....BUY! BUY! BUY! Before they are all gone THEN you WILL have major REGRETS for not having gotten one! If you think you 'might' like this knife you already do!

I figure if on the very small chance I DONT like it. There will probably be others who later on didnt pull the trigger and decide they want one. So I am sure it can be traded later for different INFI. But by the looks of it...its the style I like.

It still isn't here, i'll just have to fondle the beautiful custom shop ASH 1 i got from Dobywon till it arrives, G.M

Maybe I'll wait for the CG or Comp edition, and have Jeremy run it through his surface grinder to make my Anorexic. :D

OK, now mine has arrived and it isn't #15    Oh the humanity! I need to add to the #15 lineage  She's a sweetie though :D

I now have to retract my criticism, these things are awesome!!!!!!! Jerry, this is a bona fide winner!!!!!!!!!

Holy poop! THAT's what the handle looks like. A honkin big Buck 110! GREAT lineage on that design.

I think the butt-end is exactly what it was designed for - SAR purposes. Imagine whackin stakes in with that thing. I can picture that. The knife has the weight for it. It's a brute in all features. Heck, when you choke back on the handle for chopping (3-finger grip with your pinky around the rear-talon-hole area) it's angled like an E-series too.

I'm not sure I'd ever put it thru it's paces. But it seems designed for exactly what it needs to be - Hard-use, short-blade azz-kicking SHTF sorta stuff.

The SAR-4 LE the most incredible and perfect knife I've ever owned - but NOW I have little use or excuse for my OTHER knives, including most of my Busse's, and I'll probably end up selling them in hopes of buying other SAR-4s if and when they come out...(Satin/Green Linen? Satin/Orange G-10?)
