I haven't put this through the wringer yet, but I have decided that I am often over-knifed on my hikes. I've got an ESEE 5 that I love, but it's going to stay back at camp to baton wood an be a sharpened pry bar. We have a hiking trip coming up in a couple of weeks, and I've decided that I don't wanna pack anything on our day hikes at all. Here's my kit: Trusty multitool, my butane zippo (throws a huge flame), and this ESEE 3. There is nothing I need to do on a 5 mile hike that I can't handle with a lighter set up.

Walnuts??? Green ,black walnuts smell just awful, to my snot locker anyway... ....Any odor to those??

A couple of English Walnut varieties on American black walnut rootstock.. Yes they have a smell but its not overpowering.

The target is 1000 tonnes of dry nuts this year mate. We are on track so far, we have 7 weeks to go.

My IZULA wasn't much use to me sitting on the dryer all day. I reached for it 5 or 6 times during the day.

The tannins in the hull of the walnuts is proving to be a cause of rust on the cutting edge of my Izula. Yeah No worries I just noticed it today.

Today I used my izula to trim rubber on a broken harvester belt so I could use a repair kit to join the belt again.

Back making dust again
